About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies and achieve results.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and business.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options.
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Desired qualifications include management experience, ability to build and inspire a team, and experience in coaching across customer segments.
