Tent Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Tent Division primary duties include managing and growing established customer relationships while working towards developing new business opportunities with individuals and ensuring successful installation of tented projects. They will be responsible for the sales of tents and associated product, representing PEAK Event Services with superior customer service and professionalism. They will assist with special events requiring the highest degree of attention to detail and will be critical in corresponding with customers and venues on the Company's behalf.
Key Responsibilities- Answer email and phone inquiries, qualify and obtain necessary information to generate quotes with event/site specific information for inbound leads.
- Meet monthly and annual sales and growth goals.
- Grow the business through an understanding of the regional event market, key venues and potential clients.
- Build relationships through participation in networking groups and events.
- Provide support to customers throughout planning, install, and removal with timely communication.
- Coordinate all necessary documentation in line with company guidelines for successful installation of a tented event.
- Understanding of event operations, including tent installation, site access, permitting, construction, and executing successful events.
- 1-3 years related industry experience is a positive but not required.
