Position Summary: The Finish Dozer/Blader Operator at TTK Enterprises plays a crucial role in executing and upholding the standards of finish dozers and blades for accurate grading and leveling operations on oilfield sites. Core Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully operate finish dozers and blades to achieve precise grading and leveling on oilfield locations.
  • Interpret and implement grading plans and blueprints to guarantee accurate surface preparation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure peak operational efficiency.
  • Oversee material flow and grade levels during operations to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members, including surveyors and site managers, to synchronize tasks and meet project timelines.
  • Uphold a clean and secure work environment by following all safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Document and report on machinery performance, job progress, and any operational challenges encountered.
  • Adjust blade settings and dozer controls as necessary to accommodate various terrain types and project demands.

Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of grading, leveling, and finishing techniques.
  • Capability to read and interpret grading plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
