Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor club access, answer phone calls, and provide information to prospects.
  • Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into our database.
  • Operate our Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
  • Organize and maintain the customer service front desk, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions and complete checklists.
  • Perform beginning of shift and end of shift procedures, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn our systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
