Position Overview
Condé Nast is in search of an E-Commerce Content Producer to bolster the Commerce division. This individual should be adept at learning new software quickly, proficient in managing an editorial calendar, and capable of producing web content efficiently in a dynamic setting.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the Commerce team to generate product showcases, articles, and web pages on a daily basis. Responsibilities will include supporting production for various Commerce projects across multiple platforms, such as web, newsletters, and social media. Additionally, this role will involve utilizing internal systems to hardcode, identify, and rectify broken links, out-of-stock products, as well as making necessary text and image formatting adjustments. The individual will oversee the creation of a shopping newsletter and ensure that Shopping landing pages are consistently updated. A passion for crafting retail content will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop e-commerce product listings, articles, and galleries for publication.
- Serve as a liaison between editorial staff and the visuals team to address photography requirements.
- Conduct inventory assessments of products and update information on sold-out items, promotional prices, available colors, etc.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of hotel reviews across global markets for syndication.
- Perform regular compliance audits for points and miles content.
- Collaborate with the Commerce team to pinpoint opportunities for affiliate link enhancements.
- Update production workflow calendars, manuals, and process documentation.
- Create and distribute commerce newsletters.
- Compose commerce-related content as time permits.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational abilities, a self-motivated work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems; familiarity with Copilot is a plus but not mandatory.
- Interest in writing and copy-editing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Sailthru is advantageous.
- A proactive individual eager to contribute to the growth of Condé Nast's commerce initiatives.
This position is part of a guild.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $68,000 and $93,000. Salary offers will consider a variety of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
Alongside salary, a comprehensive employee benefits package is available, and successful candidates may also qualify for discretionary bonus compensation.
