E-commerce Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Product Manager to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for driving the e-commerce roadmap, owning the front-end site journey, and managing backend software and third-party implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for all e-commerce and digital product launches.
  • Own UAT for the website's critical path, new features, and functionality.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform CRO enhancements, A/B tests, personalization efforts, and site upgrades.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, while communicating project status, risks, and post-launch performance to all stakeholders.
  • Prioritize budget spend and own ROI analysis for new feature releases and third-party integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer digital products alongside designers and engineers.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, customer journeys, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Shopify.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Agile project management software.
  • Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, and digital experience analytics like Heap, Fullstory, Content Square, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield or Nosto.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
