QualificationsApplicants must be currently licensed to practice professional nursing or as a Physician Assistant in the state of employment, with an active and non-probationary status.
- Experience in primary care, particularly in internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
- Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with multiple health conditions.
- Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, which includes being accessible to patients and addressing their medical and social needs.
- Willingness to travel within the market to various centers located in close proximity.
