Job Title: Home Caregiver - Jacksonville Beaches

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Caregiver to join our team in Jacksonville Beaches. As a Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one in-home support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life through personal care, mobility assistance, and enriching engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Transportation to/from appointments
  • Companionship
Requirements:
  • Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
  • Completed Level II Background Check
  • Classroom CPR Certification
  • Florida's required trainings in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication
  • Reliable transportation for client visits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within our team and compassionate client interactions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our clients, with a supportive approach to providing personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship
  • Comfort with pets is preferred, enhancing the ability to work in various home environments
