Key Responsibilities- Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote student success
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support and progress
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
- Prior experience in behavior management and education
- RBT certification required
- Preference given to candidates with school-based experience
