We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, and dressing
- Prepare meals and snacks according to client instructions
- Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping activities
- Provide patient-specific activities, such as medication reminders and range of motion exercises
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in home care or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $11.00 - $12.00
