You will be responsible for checking in with residents, assisting with dining and personal care needs, and performing vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming
• Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs
• Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy
• Work with community management to provide personalized care to residents

Requirements:
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification
