About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aristocrat Gaming Careers. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in the daily facilitation of activities for events related to the North America Sales team and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for events and Sales organization
  • Coordinate customer event experiences, including travel arrangements, event transportation, hotel accommodations, and welcome amenities
  • Communicate with internal and external customers on event details, with oversight from Manager, Sales Experience and Sales leadership
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment on customer event experiences
  • Execute event and ticketing activities seamlessly
  • Identify needs and opportunities that impact the customer experience
  • Build strong internal relationships within the Sales organization and various internal departments
  • Support Sales team onboarding, including IT equipment ordering, training tracking, and corporate MasterCard setup
  • Coordinate business cards and name tags for current and new employees
  • Process Sales team sponsorships, including approvals, submissions, and follow-up
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure positive employee experiences for new hires, employee events, and conferences
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in event management and/or marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to drive results and execute event coordination flawlessly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Travel Expectations

  • None

Pay Range $59,122 - $109,798 per year

Our goal is to pay a market-competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors, including experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
