As a Senior Product Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping our innovative product trajectory, with an emphasis on software and cloud-based developments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate strategic plans for next-generation offerings, concentrating on SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
2. Support ongoing initiatives and new ventures by defining and overseeing product specifications.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create persuasive product strategies, value propositions, and business cases.
4. Draft Market Requirement Definitions (MRDs) and Product Requirement Definitions (PRDs).
5. Produce product documentation, technical briefs, white papers, and promotional materials.
6. Work alongside engineering, sales, and marketing teams to facilitate product development and address RFPs.
7. Oversee and resolve engineering, manufacturing, and customer implementation challenges.
8. Lead and enhance comprehensive product management processes across the organization.
9. Conduct competitive assessments to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of industry advancements.

Qualifications:
1. At least 8 years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally within the smart grid or utility sector.
2. Technical proficiency in software development, particularly in SaaS and cloud environments.
3. Familiarity with streetlighting, electric meters, commercial IoT, and associated protocols.
4. Demonstrated success in defining and launching products while crafting effective product strategies.
5. Strong grasp of wireless communication networks, IP protocols, and industry standards.
6. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
7. Availability to work onsite for a portion of the week.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the utility sector and collaboration with international teams.
2. Understanding of AI applications relevant to the industry.
3. Familiarity with organizations like A-B, Schneider, or similar entities in the utility and smart grid domains.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

$150,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience)
