About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Virtual Network Services (VNS) portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the direction and innovation of our product portfolio, commercializing new products, and overseeing the product lifecycle from strategy to launch.


Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap for the VNS portfolio, aligning with company goals and market demands.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for SD-WAN, SASE, and other VNS products.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing, sales, pricing, and operations teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, product positioning strategies, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and report product metrics to product, marketing, finance, and sales teams periodically.
  • Technical Specifications: Work closely with engineering and network teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
  • Agile Product Development: Utilize Agile or similar frameworks to ensure iterative progress on product features and functionality.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Increase customer acquisition and retention rates with strong product adoption of SD-WAN, SASE, and other VNS offerings.
  • Performance and Availability: Define performance service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that the product's performance and availability meet required standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product development and management, virtual network services, and advanced networking. The ideal candidate will have:


  • Relevant Work Experience: Six or more years of relevant work experience in product management, virtual network services, or advanced networking.
  • Product Management Experience: Experience in product development and/or management life cycle, project management, and product roadmaps.
  • Technical and Commercial Understanding: A deep understanding of networking technologies, telecom environments, and enterprise customer needs.
  • Data and Analytic Orientation: A deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $119,000.00 to $241,000.00 annually, based on a full-time schedule. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, short-term incentives, 401(k) Savings Plan, stock incentive programs, paid time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition assistance.
