Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Representative to join our dental team. As a key member of our front office, you will provide seamless support to patients, ensuring their needs are met with warmth, professionalism, and expertise.


Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely updates and accessibility.
  • Process registrations, verify insurance benefits, and enter relevant data into our system with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate financial options, process cash and card payments, and reconcile daily transactions with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to high standards of professionalism and appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of front desk experience in a medical or dental office preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands with poise and composure.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
