Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Costa Ivone LLC. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis, handling high-volume calls, and performing administrative duties. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with the rest of the team.

This is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, including client information, transactions, and correspondence

Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual - English and Spanish (desired)
