As our Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring our programs and services are effective and efficient, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

With a strong background in nonprofit management and a passion for education and social equity, you will be well-equipped to lead our team and drive meaningful change in the lives of our students and communities.

We're looking for a leader who is not only experienced in fundraising and strategic planning but also has a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and its unique challenges and opportunities.

As our CEO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including our Board of Directors, staff, and external partners. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy that unlocks new funding opportunities and fuels our mission-critical work.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in leading complex organizations and driving meaningful change. They will be a strong communicator and collaborator, with a passion for social impact and a commitment to our organization's mission and values.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000-$275,000 and a robust benefits package. Our organization operates in a remote-first environment, and our CEO will be expected to live within the Bay Area or be able to easily travel to the region as needed.
