Position Overview: Schweiger Dermatology Group is expanding its services to include allergy, asthma, and immunology. We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of three years in the field. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of providing high-quality patient care and a passion for the intersection of dermatology with allergy and immunology.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to collaborate within a team environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests.
  • Formulate and execute treatment strategies for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic disorders.
  • Administer and oversee immunotherapy and related treatments.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including allergists and immunologists.
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the practice as we broaden our focus to include allergy, asthma, and immunology.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in allergy patient care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
