We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Schweiger Dermatology Group. As an Allergy Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and education in our East Windsor office.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide general care and education to patients in accordance with OSHA regulations, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and perform lung function testing.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare necessary supplies for allergy testing and treatments, maintain accurate patient records, and document all visits in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our providers and staff to identify and resolve problems, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
- Education: Graduate from an LPN education program approved by the respective state Education Department.
- Licensure: Active LPN license in the state working in required.
- Experience: Allergy experience strongly preferred, with a strong background in EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with excellent patient relations and customer service skills.
