Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced tanker owner-operators to join our fleet. As an owner-operator, you will have the freedom to choose your loads, home time, and revenue potential.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License: Possess a valid Class A CDL.
  • Tanker and HazMat Endorsements: Have both a Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement.
  • Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC): Obtain a TWIC within 90 days of lease start.
  • Tractor Requirements: Meet the following tractor requirements:
    • 2010 or Newer Tractor: Tractor(s) must be 2010 or newer.
    • DOT Inspection: Tractor(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
    • EPA10 Emissions: Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
    • Collision Mitigation System: Tractor(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
    • Power Take-Off (PTO): Tractor(s) need to have a power take-off (PTO).
  • Additional Qualifications: Additional qualifications apply.
