85°C Bakery Cafe is a renowned bakery and beverage retail establishment with a global presence, boasting over 1,000 locations worldwide. Our commitment to delivering high-quality pastries and beverages at accessible prices has garnered us recognition in various prestigious media outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Artfully decorate a variety of 85°C baked products
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace
  • Support daily operations, including separating, filling, and baking tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with team members under the guidance of store management
  • Uphold exceptional standards of product quality and task completion
  • Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines
    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Prior experience in fast food or retail is advantageous
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities
    • Knowledge of Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification is a plus
    • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
    • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • This role involves moderate physical activity, including lifting, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may also encounter varying temperatures in coolers and freezers.
