Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and academic support to students as a mentor, role model, and facilitator.
  • Develop and implement teaching plans that cater to individual students' needs and learning styles.
  • Participate in assessment activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of courses and curriculum.
  • Maintain scholarly activities and engage in professional growth and service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance our commitment to student success and excellence in nursing education.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing and professional nurse licensure required.
  • Minimum of two years' prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and one year of experience in the field in which they teach.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products and online learning management systems.
