Job Title: Part-Time LPN

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a skilled Part-Time LPN to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
  • Assist with admissions, including assessments and documentation.
  • Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
  • Monitor and track clinical systems, such as wounds or infection control, under the direction of the director.
  • Provide general consultation on health-related concerns within the community.
  • Notify physicians and/or family members of any changes in a resident's health and document accordingly.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
  • Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
  • Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
  • General nursing area of study.
  • 1+ years of experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse's License in the state of practice.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
