Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of technical publications to ensure successful completion of revision cycles and distribution of content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to create or revise technical manuals that align with departmental and corporate priorities.
  • Provide input on new processes or technology for integration into technical publications and business models.
  • Assist in developing solutions for overcoming technology/technical issues introduced by outside suppliers.

Requirements:

  • DoD Clearance required
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years supporting professional services and/or IT-related projects, preferably Department of Defense (DoD)
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree
  • Experience preparing and updating written products, including strategic plans, guidance documents, meeting notes, and user manuals
  • Skilled in reviewing written products for spelling, grammar, context, flow, and clarity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with simple and complex procedures

Preferred Experience:

  • Creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for IT and Cloud engineering, services, and solutions
  • Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Knowledge and understanding of cyber and information security requirements
