Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the revision cycle and distribution of technical publications to ensure successful completion.
  • Follow established quality processes to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and timely delivery of content.
  • Write technical publications content, conduct reviews, and analyses of technical documents.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of complex systems and their integration into technical manuals.
  • Consult with internal and external customers to create or revise technical manuals.
  • Provide input on new processes or technology for integration into technical publications and business models.
  • Assist in developing solutions for overcoming technology/technical issues introduced by outside suppliers.
Requirements
  • DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years supporting professional services and/or IT-related projects, preferably Department of Defense.
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
  • Experience preparing and updating written products, including strategic plans, guidance documents, meeting notes, and user manuals.
  • Skilled in reviewing written products for spelling, grammar, context, flow, and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with simple and complex procedures.
Preferred Experience
  • Creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for IT and Cloud engineering, services, and solutions.
  • Preparing standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of cyber and information security requirements.
  • Experience with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency or similar Defense agency.
