As the Sales & Outreach Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing resident occupancy through strategic sales initiatives and fostering relationships. You will interact with potential residents, their families, and referral sources by providing essential information, conducting informative tours, and ensuring a smooth transition process.Key Duties:
- Oversee new inquiries and assist prospective residents throughout the sales journey
- Facilitate engaging property tours while maintaining precise sales documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative outreach strategies
- Establish strong connections with internal teams and external partners
- Implement outreach initiatives and promote a welcoming environment within the community
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of sales experience with a successful track record
- Experience in healthcare or senior living sales is advantageous
- Professional demeanor and a self-motivated approach
- Familiarity with Client Management Systems
- Ability to uphold resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
