Position Summary:
We are looking for a Guidewire Architect with substantial experience in the insurance sector, particularly in policy management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for implementation, upgrades, and support projects, with specialized skills in Guidewire products, including Policy, Billing, and Claim Center, as well as the Guidewire Insurance Suite, across both on-premises and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Guidewire solutions.
- Lead implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Customize and integrate Guidewire systems, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs for intra and inter-system communication.
- Conduct data analysis and manage project timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 11 years in Information Technology, with significant exposure to the insurance domain.
- Proven experience with Guidewire products, particularly in Property and Casualty insurance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Git repositories and ServiceNow.
- Experience in informatics or related IT systems is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies for system enhancements.

Work Environment:
This role may require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Candidates should be prepared for potential travel based on project requirements.
