Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for Oracle applications, including ERP, databases, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle applications and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Oracle solutions, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Partner with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions.
  • Ensure that Oracle applications and related systems adhere to security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including at least 5 years in an architecture or senior technical role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions (such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of Oracle databases, including PL/SQL, SQL, performance tuning, and database architecture.
  • Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle integration technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud ERP.
