JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Golf Equipment Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with clients to deliver an exceptional club fitting experience akin to that of professional tours.

This role emphasizes personalized club fitting expertise while showcasing the ability to build strong relationships with our clientele.

In addition, you will be tasked with developing networks, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting various store operations as directed by management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates innovative club fitting sessions
Analyzes, interprets, and communicates data throughout the fitting process
Enhances customer relations by expanding and maintaining fittings for personal clients
Upholds brand standards by ensuring the workspace meets studio criteria
Utilizes technology such as Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office
Constructs golf clubs with precision to meet industry standards
Employs relational selling techniques to enhance business metrics
Completes additional tasks as assigned

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.23 to $24.04.

This range reflects our good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting.

Final compensation may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, and performance.

This position is also eligible for a 2% commission and performance bonuses, both distributed quarterly. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance for eligible employees.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred college degree
Experience with club fitting and launch monitors is essential
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
Preferred experience in selling custom golf clubs
