Job Summary

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delegation of responsibilities involved with IT Infrastructure and Cabling, AV, and Security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules for IT Infrastructure and Cabling, AV, and Security systems projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, general contractors, and technology installation vendors.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate, driving and coordinating with client stakeholders and project team members to ensure project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cabling, AV, and Security systems, including structured cabling, AV systems design, mission critical facility design, access control and surveillance systems, and visitor management systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project team members, and vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of consulting and field experience in IT Infrastructure and Cabling, AV, and Security systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Software, and industry-specific software systems, including Bluebeam, Smartsheet, PlanGrid, and CAD/REVIT.
  • Certifications: RCDD, CTS-D, CTS, PSP, LEED, and/or PMP certifications a plus.
