About the Job

The Local Area Marketing and Vendor Relations Senior Manager will work closely with internal constituents, including Brand Marketing teams, Digital Marketing teams, and cross-functional partners.

This associate will be the primary point of contact for all vendor/agency partnerships and will be responsible for delivering strategies, tactics, and partners who maintain high levels of local area marketing performance for all HFC brands' franchisees.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a consistent Local Area Marketing strategy for the portfolio of brands
  2. Contribute to the development of the business model and strategy for establishing an internal LAM consulting group
  3. Establish consistent and efficient processes
  4. Identify opportunities for reaching higher levels of performance via Local Area Marketing
  5. Enable compliance processes to hold franchisees accountable for their requirements
  6. Cross-functional collaboration (IT, Analytics, Brand teams, NAF Media, etc.)
  7. Establish and be accountable for measurable KPIs
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of local marketing campaigns and initiatives
Vendor Management
  1. Partner with Director to own all elements of Marketing vendor partnerships
  2. Contribute to the Strategy for Vendor Management and Adoption
  3. Establish Vendor Adoption Goals and Metrics
  4. Manage vendor relationships
  5. Be a primary point of contact for vendors and any vendor-related questions
Requirements

5+ years' experience in marketing and vendor management

Strong project management skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Digital media expertise

Experience managing agency/vendor partners

Understanding of media landscape

Ability to manage new processes and structure

Understanding of/co-op programs

Collaborative/team player

Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, see the big picture and escalate issues appropriately

Strong communication and influencing skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Creative and problem-solving mindset

Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization
