Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:
Crescens is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead our data migration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of a repeatable data load and migration process for SAP S4 Hana implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data migration strategy and vision
Collaborate with the client data lead to manage the Data Migration team
Identify, extract, clean, map, load, and reconcile master and transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP systems
Work with business data owners to verify and obtain approval for transformed data quality and accuracy
Provide expertise in data cleansing, mapping, transformation, enrichment, validation, migration, and reconciliation post-migration
Advise on data assessment processes and procedures
Review and approve SAP SD Master and Transaction Data ETL design
Coordinate and lead data extraction, profiling, mapping, preload, load, and post-load activities
Utilize tools such as SAP Data Services, Windschuttle, Information Steward, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW, and SAP Migration Cockpit

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling
At least 3 E2E SAP S4 Hana implementations
Strong experience in developing master data vision and strategy, processes, tools, and implementation strategy for data migration
Good exposure in SAP FI - GL, AP, AR, AA, Project Accounting WBS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Successful teamwork experience (collaborating on group/team projects)
Strong experience in building, testing, executing, and managing data migration solutions
