Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions
  • Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for meetings with clients
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of new business generation
  • Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings
  • Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments
  • Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions
  • Interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated individuals who display initiative, drive, and leadership
  • Excellent grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably from a top-tier school
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0

Compensation:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
