Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a smooth front desk operation.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth and development among team members.
  • Monitor room status and group activity, and effectively communicate information to other departments to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including verifying cashier reports, banking, and key control.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including check-in, reservations, check-out, and special requests.
  • Communicate hotel promotions and amenities to guests, such as free breakfast, spa, fitness center, and voice mail.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction by being hospitable and accommodating.
  • Report shift experiences to department managers and note any guest follow-up requirements.

Requirements:

  • A high school education or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of front desk agent experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash or credit transactions with a high sense of security
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • PEP experience highly preferred
  • Open availability is required for this position; schedule restrictions will not be considered.
