Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and troubleshoot maintenance issues with wastewater treatment systems and DI water systems
- Support staff in monitoring and managing cleanroom performance
- Utilize Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor facility equipment and systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building equipment, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Read and interpret operation and maintenance manuals, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Participate in emergency response teams and maintain confidentiality of company information
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and/or preventative measures
- Working knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work at elevated heights
- Ability to work in constrictive attire and wear personal protective equipment as required
