Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth in the assigned territory through strategic account management, business development, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the electronic component distribution industry and be able to leverage their expertise to increase sales revenue and expand Heilind's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets, focusing on existing customer accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales tracking software to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to share best practices, leverage each other's expertise, and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in the electronic component distribution industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that requires occasional travel to customer sites and internal meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standard office environment and have a valid driver's license.
