- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities for Eaton's magnetics products in the AI acceleration card and power module sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic customers, such as NVIDIA, to ensure preference and loyalty.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence, timely delivery, and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Expand market presence by leveraging existing customer relationships and industry expertise.
- Work with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and monitor progress to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience or technical background in the field of electronics components for power management integrated circuits (PMIC).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Relocation is not provided; candidates must currently reside in one of the job locations offered.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Deep understanding of the magnetics inductor market, including competitors such as Delta and Cyntec.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of power magnetics and power electronics technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively present product features and benefits to diverse customer audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers and industry partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Experience working with NVIDIA or other key customers in the AI acceleration space.
- Knowledge of the electronics supply chain and distribution channels.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese spoken in the target market) preferred but not required.
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $166,500-244,200.
