Senior HVAC Service Technician Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team at Specialized Recruiting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, providing top-notch customer service and technical support, and conducting equipment inspections and implementing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems
* Provide technical support and training to clients and staff
* Conduct equipment inspections and implement solutions
* Perform commissioning, start-up, and preventative maintenance
* Identify new service and product opportunities

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of HVAC experience
* Expertise in Hot Water, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls
* Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
* Valid driver's license

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to lift 75 lbs and access confined/elevated spaces
* Willingness to work in various environmental conditions
