About The Role:

The Senior Global Technical Account Manager at UKG plays a vital part in providing technical support and account management to our large enterprise-class customers.

As a key member of our team, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of UKG Central, Pro WFM, and Pro to deliver optimum solutions to customer issues.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing account management and technical support to large enterprise-class customers
  • Utilizing your technical expertise to replicate customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and externally
  • Conducting weekly conference calls, providing weekly status reports, and advocating for customer needs and requirements
  • Interface successfully with other UKG cross-functional teams and third-party solution providers
  • Participating in testing and validating system fixes, service releases, and enhancements

About You:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 1-2 years of HCM experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 3-4 years of account management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of UKG Pro experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Proactive focus
  • Experience with HR/Payroll
