Sales Manager Job Description

C & B Powersports, a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive sales culture, guiding the sales team to maximize return on investment, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a positive sales culture that drives results
  • Guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize return on investment
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective engagement and process optimization
  • Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Review and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a comprehensive understanding of powersports dealer operations
  • Experience with Lightspeed DMS and Equip operating systems is a plus
  • 3-5 years of prior management experience
  • Ability to develop and motivate others through coaching and knowledge-sharing
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles relative to sales department operations
