Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Providing skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Documenting patient progress and communicating with healthcare providers as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice
- A current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- A current BLS card
