As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will proactively deliver a comprehensive array of services that enhance the guest journey throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will transcend traditional front desk duties, allowing you to take charge of the guest experience in key areas of the hotel with a commitment to a "guest-first" philosophy.

You will have the autonomy to navigate your environment and address needs as they arise. This includes managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, preparing reports, serving high-quality meals, and sharing insights about the local area, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the overall experience.


Success in this role requires adherence to essential principles: fostering a safe work environment, complying with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself and your communications in a professional manner.

Guest Experience Specialists will be active and mobile, engaging in various physical activities such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing hands-on tasks (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping).

Excellence in these responsibilities, along with other reasonable duties as assigned, is crucial for Guest Experience Specialists to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our organization.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience necessary.

License or Certification:
None required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The compensation for this position ranges from $23.85 per hour, accompanied by health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.

Benefits may be subject to standard eligibility criteria, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements.
