As a Shift Operations Manager at ADM, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our soybean extraction plant in Lincoln, NE. You will coordinate communication, personnel, resources, and equipment to ensure a smooth operation during the shift.

* Provide direction to an hourly production crew
* Coordinate communication, personnel, resources, and equipment
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant
* Communicate expectations and goals for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental compliance, and operating costs
* Manage shift and coach employees to reach their fullest potential

Requirements:

* Strong commitment to safety
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, bending, kneeling, working with tools, work in extreme temperature conditions, and work in a dusty environment
* Regular, prompt attendance and ability to work rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Computer literate in Maximo, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* High school diploma or equivalent combined with 5 years' experience in maintenance and/or operations
* Leadership experience, having direct experience in successfully leading change
* Passion for process improvement
* Strong interpersonal and conflict management/resolution skills
