Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and quality, while reducing costs and minimizing waste.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of production managers, supervisors, and employees to achieve exceptional performance and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, including sales and marketing plans, product development, and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements, using Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC methodologies.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, including OSHA compliance and plant safety programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, with an MBA preferred.
- Experience: Ten plus years of manufacturing experience, with progressive levels of responsibility demonstrated, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing/assembly.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent computer skills with expertise in Excel and Word; good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate personnel by example.
