Job Summary
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide healthcare coordination and oversight for our residential programs. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Administrative Team to ensure the highest quality care for our clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive health plans, conducting regular assessments and evaluations, and coordinating medical appointments and services. Additionally, you will oversee medication administration, train and supervise certified staff, and prepare leave of absence medications. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with external organizations and professionals.

Educational Requirements and Experience
A minimum of three years nursing experience, preferably in pediatric and/or psychiatric nursing, is required. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred, and certification in CPR and Standard First Aid is required. MAP Trainer certification is also highly valued.
