Plymouth Harborside Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assume a leadership role as our Nurse Supervisor.

Job Overview

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a skilled RN to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and service.

Salary Information

The annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for overtime pay, tuition forgiveness, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,500.

Responsibilities

As our RN Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • SUPERVISION OF NURSING STAFF: You will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of registered nurses to ensure that they are providing excellent patient care and adhering to our facility's policies and procedures.
  • PATIENT CARE COORDINATION: You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless and comprehensive care.
  • Clinical Leadership: You will participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A valid RN license in the state of employment.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
