Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and articulate a long-term strategic vision for the International Patient Services Division, and implement plans to maximize programmatic success while managing program expense.
- Lead Operational Improvement Initiatives: Promote quality and productivity improvements through involvement in the development of improved procedures, process innovations, and changes that support the strategic direction of the health system.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to identify best practices and deficiencies, develop performance improvement strategies, and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage Financial Operations: Participate in planning, organizing, and coordinating financial policies and practices to control revenues, disburse funds, and conserve assets.
- Develop and Manage Human Resources: Direct the implementation of Human Resources plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives, including organizational development, recruiting, compensation, training, and development, and employee relations.
- Represent the Business Unit: Represent the business unit with various internal and external partners, and manage joint operating committees as needed.
- Master's Degree: Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Leadership Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership/management experience, required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proven success in international patient services expansion, experience in establishing international healthcare operations, network of global healthcare contacts, and strategic understanding of the medical tourism landscape.
