Job Overview

Bags, a leading parking provider, is seeking a skilled Valet Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our parking services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our Valet Attendants and Valet Dispatchers, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily parking operations
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for a 24/7 operation
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely
  • Store or retrieve guest belongings
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Pass pre-employment background screening
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Obtain and maintain airport badge
  • Computer proficiency
  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism industries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
  • Work in various weather conditions
  • Stand, walk, and jog for extended periods
  • Enter and exit vehicles of varying heights

Appearance Guidelines:

  • Present a professional business-like image at all times
  • Follow company dress code and grooming standards
