Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues on LAM ETCH systems
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and other business groups to deliver quality repairs and improve existing platforms
  • Work on improving and stabilizing new and existing platforms, line response, quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related experience with LAM ETCH 200mm systems, including knowledge of Keyos, Metal 45, Microwave Strip, and Gamma
  • Semiconductor industry experience, with ability to mentor new technicians and openly learn from other colleagues
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related principles and tools, with electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
