Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patients' conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, allergies, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor patients' conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
- Document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Knowledge of specific state laws and regulations governing practice.
